Maggie Tra - RnB, Soul & Hip Hop DJ Set @ The SPOT - Pool & Leisure

Join us at The Spot for an afternoon of RnB, Soul and Hip Hop from Maggie Tra and Dj Flakes.

Music lover Maggie Tra established SYS in 2011 when she noticed hip hop/soul and R&B wasn't being represented in the Aussie market.

Since then Maggie has interviewed many of her idols in hip hop and continues to interview influential musicians until this day. She also runs a SYS Video Sessions and an all lady collective that hosts SYS Radio shows airing in Perth and on the Pharcyde TV channel in LA.

While music is her first passion, she also loves travelling having visited over 40 countries. She works with her PR company Stimulated Media on the road as a digital nomad combining both her passion for music and her love of exploring.

Whilst relatively new to DJing, Maggie has already had the pleasure of DJing at Mystery Mountain Festival in Hanoi, Vietnam, SYS Tour in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. As well as being invited to London's Croydon FM, Berlin's Pop Kultur Showcase and Kiosk Radio in Brussels.

Her most recent accolades include writing for EARMILK and having her SYS Radio brought to Kiss FM Australia Wednesday's 2-3pm.

Saturday, 10 August

2:00pm - 8:00pm
