Is wine the product of Nature or the craft of Men? @ Camelia Lounge

Camelia Lounge Hanoi & Celliers d'Asie Vietnam are pleased to present to you our Special Event named “IS WINE THE PRODUCT OF NATURE OR THE CRAFT OF MEN?”

Some winemakers would tell you that a good wine is made in the vineyard, that their unique job is to carefully crush the grapes and express the Natural terroir aromas. However, a few regions of the world have become famous for their richer styles of wines showing aromas from complex winemaking techniques. Through the study of winemakers’ major tools (oak aging, lees stirring, blends…) and a comprehensive wine tasting, we will try to answer this life-long question: is wine the product of Nature or the craft of men?
Every single guest will have a chance to taste 5 kinds of Wine including 03 glasses of White & 02 glasses of Red & superb paring with Camelia selected Cheese & Cold cuts set.

White:
- Fleur du Cap Chardonnay, Essence du Cap, Stellenbosch (South Africa)
- Lindeman's Bin 75, Riesling, South Eastern (Australia)
- Domaine Luneau-Papin, "Le Verger" (France)

Red:
- Louis Jadot, "Combes Aux Jacques", Beaujolais Villages (France)
