5 Senses Blackout Yoga - Backbends @ The Fitness Village

Join me once again for this amazing experiential class.

Blindfolds will be provided, as will all yoga equipment, we will start with some pranayama, move through our asana sequence, this time focusing on backbends, finish with a guided meditation and snack selection to tantalize your tastebuds.

This is not a gimick form of yoga, this is focusing on Pratyahara - withdrawal of the senses and outer stimulation. - check the discussion for an article with more information for you.

It is advisable that you have attended at least 10 yoga studio classes beforehand as you will need to be aware of yogic terminology to move through without relying on your eyes to help figure out where you need to put your body.

If you have any questions or queries, please send me a message.

Tickets to be paid for in advance, as supplies need to be bought.
