The clash between “man-made” and “biological structures” is constant in all his pieces, for Blind Signal VTNM GRMN, Delindro will present a new work related to site-specific research in Vietnam. The artist will develop field research in Vietnamese Rural sites and present a new sculptural sonic experiment where he directly uses organic components and sound processing.
Delindro creates a discussion on the contemporary struggle between humans and their rapidly changing environment. In his sound installations, he explores organic materials to render audible corporeality, resonance, and processes of change. His work is a complex mixture of geologic experiments, performative actions, field recordings, bio art, and land art.
In his open public time frame, the artist will also engage in an open discussion passing through the last five years of work in very distinct geographies, cultures and communities, going through different artistic and social that rise from such practice and how can sound become an ecological vehicle to enhance our experience of Nature and organic materiality.
