The Act of Drawing has been fundamental throughout Architectural History.

In contrary with the speculation that Architectural Drawing will disappear in the Digital Age, Architectural Drawing is alive and strong, evolving and adapting to the combination the digital and the analog. The comeback of Architectural Drawing immediately raises the question whether this comeback retains Architectural Drawings’ past values or it is simply a new form of naive representation. In this short lecture, Le Duc will survey the history of Architectural Drawing and discuss Architectural Drawings’ contemporary relevance, especially in the context of Vietnam.
