Gender Equality: Picture It! @ UNIS

"Gender Equality: Picture It!" is an exhibition of cartoons sharing Vietnamese perspectives on women's status and gender equality in Vietnam.

UNIS Hanoi is hosting this exhibition in the lead-up to SDG Week (26-30 November). The exhibition was originally commissioned by UN Women, the Vietnamese Women's Union, and Embassy of Belgium as a contest to mark the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women in 2015. The exhibition will be on display for two weeks in the UNIS Hanoi Centre for the Arts foyer. This year, UNIS Hanoi will participate in the kick-off for the Global 16 Days of Activism Campaign to end Violence against Women and Girls, organised by UN Women Viet Nam and other partners by hosting "Speak Up for Gender Equality!" on Saturday, November 24th from 8am-11:30am (see Tin Tuc for further registration details).
