From the organizer: To celebrate the most anticipated sport event this summer, the Football World Cup Russia 2018, Iron Hammer is proudly holding the first Hanoi Warhammer League – From (Leman) Russ with Love (also known as the League of Russ). It will kick off on the exact day the Football World Cup starts, Thursday 14th of June 2018!

2. THE LENGTH OF THE LEAGUE AND REGISTRATION
League of Russ will last from 6 to 8 weeks depending on the number of registered players. Anyone who owns a 1500 – 2000 point Warhammer 40k army can register at Iron Hammer to join the League. The registration deadline is 13th of June 2018.

3. ARMIES/ARMY LISTS
- All legal Codex, Index, Forge World armies of the 8th Edition are allowed.
- Because this is a tournament that continues for weeks with considerable amount of matches, players are permitted not only to change their lists of an army but also to change their very army after each match.
- All the latest Codex, FAQ, Errata’s released by Games Workshop during the course of the League will be applied with immediate effect.

4. AWARDS
The awards of the League will be not insignificant in consideration of lengthy and persevere efforts the players have to soldier on, thus:
- The Champion of the League of Russ, the one who garners the most points at the end, will be awarded with a Start Collecting box of his own choosing or a buying voucher worth 2 million VND. And a big Cup as well! If there are 2 players of the same point haul, whoever win the most Fair Player marks will be crowned Champion. If these are still the same, a Grand Final will be held between the two to find out the very best of the League (pray they won’t draw again!)
- The runner-up will be awarded a voucher worth 1 million VND and a special souvenir from Iron Hammer.
- Third placer will be awarded a voucher worth 500k VND and a special souvenir.
- All other participants who play at least 80% of their opponents in the League will be awarded a consolation voucher of 100k. And a big hug from all the relieving referees!
